“It may sound crazy, and I'm not just saying this to say this, but Dr. Bynum knows a specialized adjustment that helped me quit smoking. I was a menthol, 1/2 a pack to a full pack a day, smoker since I was 14 (I'm now almost 28). About a year ago, I switched solely to vaping which was worse because I could smoke anywhere and I was constantly doing it. Finally, the Universe decided enough was enough and I broke my tank 3 times in one day. I decided now was the time to quit for good. It's Sunday.
